NAMI in Spanish Support Groups
NAMI NJ en Español program offers self-help support groups in Spanish for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of persons suffering from mental illness. This group assists one another in learning to cope with mental illness and find understanding, acceptance, and mutual support during times of crisis.

Mental Health Grace Alliance - Alianza de la Gracia
Mental Health Grace Alliance focuses on creating practical and grace-filled resources for people who are living with mental health challenges (individuals + marriages/families). Grace Alliance learning curriculums employ a whole-health approach, incorporating evidence-based research and faith for mental health recovery.

In the GRACE workbooks, you will explore the mental health journey from many perspectives (lived experience, family and marriage, student options, etc.). There are workbooks available in Spanish.
